Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 48 business hours. If there are any delays, we’ll contact you with an updated delivery estimate.

Once your parcel has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel or change delivery instructions. While we may liaise with carriers on your behalf, we cannot accept responsibility for delays once the parcel has been collected by our courier.
We partner with Australia Post and Sendle. To keep you updated, we provide them with your contact details (name, address, mobile number, and email). Please ensure these details are accurate—Integrative Wellness cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, we will refund or resend your order at no cost to you.
