Use Suggestion

• Sleep: twinkle Star supports relaxation, calm and healthy breathing and so aids restful sleep. Chamomile Roman 3% gently massaged to wrists and neck will help ease baby back to sleep after night time waking.
• Baby Soothe: chamomile Roman 3% can be rubbed clockwise on belly for tummy trouble, to cheeks for teething, and calves and back to support the nervous system in regulating temperature.
• Baby Snuffles & Labored Breathing: baby Care: Nose & Chest contains gentle active ingredients to help clear mucus and assist healthy respiration. It also supports the immune system.

Diffusion: 2-4 drops, allow 20 minutes, replenish as required.
Bath: 1-5 drops in 1tsp milk, as water runs.
Inhalation: A few drops to collar or pillow.
Massage: 2 drops to 1 tsp of Almond Oil (organic) or Pure Unscented Body Oil (organic).
