Suitable for diffusion, pulse points, pillows, baths and diluted for massage (see directions).

Use Suggestion

Insomnia
Add 10 drops to a diffuser for 10 minutes, replenish as required.
Apply 1-2 drops to wrists and back of neck.
Add 10 drops and mix into bath water. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Blend 10 drops in to 1/2 tsp of Untouched Body Cream and massage gently into neck and back prior sleep.

Restful sleep and sweet dreams
Apply 3-5 drops to feet before bed.
Add 10 drops to a diffuser for 10 minutes, replenish as required.
