MSM or methylsulfonylmethane, is an organic sulfur compound known for a multitude of benefits. It is an important nutrient for joint mobility, muscle recovery, healthy skin, healthy aging, and immune system support.

Genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride flakes (and trace minerals), methylsulfonylmethane (MSM).
Use Suggestion
Approximately 15g elemental magnesium and 3g elemental sulfur (from OptiMSM®) per cup.
Simply dissolve 1-3 cups or more of the magnesium flakes into a warm, but not hot, footbath or tub bath, and soak for 20 minutes or more. Following the bath, rinse with warm water and pat dry.
For foot soaks, dissolve up to 3 cups. For body soaks, dissolve up to 6 cups.
