- Contains active forms of folate, vitamin B6 and B12, in the form of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P), and mecobalamin (co-methylcobalamin).
- Contains iron-rich plant sources including beetroot and organic spirulina.
- May support healthy formation of red blood cells and cellular energy production.
- May assist those with an increased demand for, or whose dietary intake of iron is inadequate; such as pregnant and lactating women, vegetarians/vegans, athletes and the elderly.

When taken in excess of 3000mcg retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700mcg retinol equivalents for women and 900mcg retinol equivalents for men.
