Use Suggestion
Adults and children 12 years and over: 2 sprays (300mg) into each nostril 3 times daily. In acute conditions, 2 sprays may be sprayed into each nostril every half to one hour, but no more that 12 times daily.

Not to be used in children under two years with the advice of a healthcare practitioner. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
