Genmaicha has been a treasured tea in Japan for centuries. Australian sourced organic sencha, stone ground matcha, and puffed brown rice have been combined to create this powerful and unique fairly traded green tea. The Love Tea Genmaicha blend is rich in antioxidants and chlorophyll, and offers a mildly uplifting effect from its caffeine content. This is a gentle and well balanced green tea, offering a nutty, fresh and grounding taste.

Ingredients:
Australian grown sencha tea, roasted brown rice, matcha tea.
Origin: Northern Victoria, Australia and Japan.

Brewing:

Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5g) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°C-85°C and allow to infuse for 3-4 minutes. Strain the tea and serve. Best served without milk or sweetener.
