Love Tea's own naturopath has carefully selected this blend of organic herbs, to offer relief from morning sickness, during the early stages of pregnancy. Peppermint, cinnamon and ginger have traditionally been used to support digestive function, reduce nausea, and balance blood sugar levels. Subtle tones of lemon balm offer nervous system support to calm your mind and body. Love Tea organic Morning Wellness loose leaf tea is a delicate, refreshing blend, with hints of mint and ginger.

The Love Tea range is certified organic, fairly traded, and completely biodegradable.

Ingredients:

Certified organic peppermint, cinnamon, ginger*, lemon balm.
*Fair trade ingredients.

This blend is caffeine free.

Brewing:

Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5g) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°C-85°C and allow to infuse for 3-5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
