Use Suggestion
Adults: Take 12 grams of powder (2 level scoops) mixed in 250ml of water or juice, twice daily.
Cautions
- Contains vitamin B6 – stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your health care practitioner as soon as possible.
- Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
- Contains sulfites.
- Monitor patients taking thyroxine.
- If taking tetracycline, quinolone or fluoroquinolone antibiotics, or bisphosphonates (osteoporosis drugs), separate by at least two hours.
- Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia.
