Use Suggestion

Adults: Take 12 grams of powder (2 level scoops) mixed in 250ml of water or juice, twice daily.

Cautions

Contains vitamin B6 – stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your health care practitioner as soon as possible.
Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
Contains sulfites.
Monitor patients taking thyroxine.
If taking tetracycline, quinolone or fluoroquinolone antibiotics, or bisphosphonates (osteoporosis drugs), separate by at least two hours.
Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia.
