• Magnesium supplementation is important for growing children to help support healthy muscle function.
• Growing children can experience high physical demands, as well as emotional stressors. Both physical and emotional stress can increase magnesium requirements, contributing to symptoms such as lethargy, anxiety, insomnia and irritability.
• Meta Mag® is composed of a magnesium molecule covalently bound to two glycine molecules.

The raspberry flavour is naturally coloured with anthocyanins derived from black carrot extract. As the anthocyanins mix with water and malic acid they turn blue, before returning to a red hue.

Naturally sweetened with steviol glycosides.

Free from animal products, dairy protein, lactose, eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast and soy protein. Free from artificial colours and flavours.

Children 2-4 years: Add 1/2 metric teaspoon (1.75g) to 50ml of water or juice, or to taste, twice daily.

Children 5-12 years: Add 1 metric teaspoon (3.5g) to 100ml of water or juice, to taste, twice daily.
