Use Suggestion
Adults:
Take 1 tablet twice daily with food for at least one month before conception, during pregnancy and lactation.
Store below 30°C.
Cautions
- This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
- When trying to conceive and during the first trimester of pregnancy, folic acid helps to prevent neural tube defects such as spina bifida and/or anencephaly.
- Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice.
- If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect/spina bifida, seek specific medical advice.
- Always read the label. Follow the directions for use.
