Organic Natural Fibre Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum
Sunfiber® partially hydrolysed guar gum is a soluble dietary fibre that is naturally sourced from the guar bean plant.
Sunfiber® is an excellent prebiotic for maintaining digestive health and microflora balance.
It promotes healthy bowel function and regularity, improves bowel consistency and helps return stool to a normal healthy state without bloating.
PHGG is a great way to increase your daily intake of fibre.
* Clear, easily dissolving powder to mix into any drink or water. Does not have the viscous or swelling properties of guar gum.
* PHGG acts as a prebiotic where the bacteria in the colon ferments it into intestinal fuel called short chain fatty acids (SCFA’s) like butyrate, propionate and acetate.

Use Suggestion
- ¼ - 1 scoop (1 - 4 g) at night before bed
- Start by introducing ¼ scoop in a large glass of water after dinner and slowly increase weekly until 1 scoop is reached

- Bloating, flatulence or mild gastrointestinal distress may occur when increasing fibre intake; introducing fibre slowly and increasing consumption can help alleviate potential undesirable effects
- Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
