How are Chia Seeds made? Chia seeds are harvested from the flowering chia plant. When the plant is harvested, it is threshed to seperate the chia seeds and then packaged or pressed for chia oil.

Chia seeds absorb seven times their weight in liquid, which makes them perfect for an overnight chia pudding or as a vegan egg replacement. Add to salad, smoothies or drink. Sprinkle over meals, add to baking, slices, bread, muffins, bliss balls or raw treats.

This product is Certified Organic, super fresh and has no additives or preservatives to extend its life. Best to store under 18°C. 
For maximum freshness and tastiness, use within 4 weeks of opening.
