Use Suggestion

Carob Powder is a perfect substitute for cocoa or cacao in recipes. You can add carob in a 1:1 ratio in any recipe that calls for cacao, keeping in mind that it is naturally sweet so you should be able to reduce the sugar. Make hot carob drinks or add to baking or icing, carob is a perfect addition to pancakes, muffins or smoothies.
