For menstrual cup use 

Wash your hands and cup using a small drop of OrganiWash and water before insertion and after removal.

For body use

Pour a small amount of OrganiWash onto your hand, apply to the external parts of your vagina and rinse. Can also be used as a facial and overall body cleanser

The OrganiWash is made from 20% organic and 59% natural ingredients: Aqua (Solvent), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (Skin moisturiser), Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (Detergent), Cocami-dopropyl Betaine (Detergent), Propa-nediol (Detergent), Decyl Glucoside (Skin moisturiser), Sodium Chloride (Viscosity stabiliser), Glycerin (Skin moisturiser), Sodium Levulinate (Skin moisturiser), Sodium Anisate (Skin moisturiser), Citric Acid (pH stabiliser), Lactic Acid (pH stabiliser).
