Use Suggestion

Adults: Mix 7.2g (approx. two level 5mL metric teaspoons) into water and consume immediately. Take once daily or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.

Cautions

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. 
Contains crustacean products and sulfites. 
Each adult dose contains 77.5mg of potassium. If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. 
Vitamin or mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Seek professional advice before long term use. Keep out of reach of children.
