Orthoplex Mito Maintain is a second generation formulation developed with targeted nutrients to support energy production and maintain energy levels in the mitochondria. Providing 150mg of ubidecarenone and 1g of levocarnitine with twice daily dosing, Mito Maintain contains activated B vitamins, vitamin C and minerals.

Adult Dose: Take 1 capsule twice daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.

This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

Vitamin, mineral and nutritional supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
