In a double-blind placebo controlled trial, fennel applied as a vaginal cream for 8
weeks improved vaginal cell quality, decreased parabasal cells and improved vaginal
pH. The study concluded that topical fennel is an effective means to manage the
symptoms of vaginal atrophy in postmenopausal women and is devoid of side effects
(Yaralizadeh et al. 2016).

Use Suggestion

Each 1ml is equivalent 200ml (5%) fennel oil.
Apply 1ml (20 drops) to skin as a skin conditioning agent 2 x daily or as directed by
your healthcare practitioner.
